Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns & Refunds

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at inforudrabeads@gmail.com to obtain a Return Request Number.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

Refunds may take 7-9 working days to appear on your bank account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

In the case of jewelry, making charges will be deducted. You can book it for under replace or exchange process. Then following our above-mentioned process, you’ll be notified accordingly.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but not delivered to you, you may still cancel your order online.

Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier department.
